Thanks for visiting my page! I’ve been teaching and writing theology for over 20 years. Most of this work has been based at Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas. I’m also the theologian in residence at Saint Julian of Norwich Episcopal Church where my family and I worship.

I have lectured, led discussions, and preached at various institutions around the U.S. and Europe.

I have recently completed a program of certification as a spiritual director. You can let me know on the contact page if you’re interested in talking with me about spiritual direction (remote or in person), and I’ll follow up about my availability.
